The Blue Gecko SLA is simple: If we provide it, we guarantee it. Our NOC guarantees a response time of 30 minutes for all emergency issues. Our hosted equipment is guaranteed to be available 100% of the time or we replace it within 2 hours. Our network and any managed components therein such as load-balancers and firewalls are also guaranteed to be available 100% of the time.
If we ever fail to meet any of these SLAs, our Clients will receive a credit for some or all of the affected services, depending on the component. Our growth has always depended on Client references and repeat business. Our approach is to set realistic SLAs and then work like crazy to make sure we honor them. Our Clients would not return and refer their friends and colleagues if we didn’t do exactly that.
